The Role:
As our new Administrative Officer you’ll be a key player in ensuring our office runs smoothly. You’ll handle deal processing, invoice management, and provide top-notch support to our internal teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Job creation, procurement, billing and file management
- Contract management
- Stock management including stock movements, cycle counts and annual stock take Provide administrative and operational support for our Service, Project and Sales team
- Coordinate between the administration, planning and field teams to prioritise and attend to business and client needs.
- Assist management team with gathering information and reports and liaising with
- clients.
- Assist management with streamlining process and procedures to maximise efficiency. Coordinate travel needs and requirements.
- Manage and work through discrepancies with key internal and external customers to provide resolutions to problems.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in office administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- A proactive team player with the ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
