About the Role:
As an Administration Officer, you will:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Support teams and stakeholders in delivering efficient services.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
- Perform data entry, compliance reporting, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate sector-specific meetings, events, and activities.
About You:
We are looking for candidates with:
- Proven experience in administrative roles within the health and/or education sectors.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of compliance standards relevant to the health or education industries (advantageous but not essential).
