- Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week
- Above market pay rates
The successful candidates will have a proven track record in administration support, be high analytically and organisational with the ability to manage high volumes of work.
Duties of the role may include the following:
- Provide support to the wider team with administration tasks
- Develop and maintain documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communication to all relevant parties
- Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and protocols to facilitate coordinated information flow to and from the division and the preparation of coordinated responses.
- Manage spreadsheets, entering data into relevant systems and ensure the confidential management of sensitive information
- Conduct research and analysis to support activities
- Raising invoices for processing
Requirements:
- High level skills in oral and written communication and able to deal with external and internal stakeholders at all levels
- Ability in coordinating teams with demanding or complex workloads, organise work commitments, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines under pressure and to work effectively with limited supervision
- Effective interpersonal skills, with proven ability to relate effectively to a diverse customer base
- Negotiate successful outcomes in an innovative and resourceful manner, whilst maintaining a high standard of professional competence and an ethical approach
Desirable:
- State Government Experience
- Knowledge of basware, oracle and other state government software's
Please note: A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check within the last 12 months is MANDATORY to be considered for this role.
