Randstad are proud to partner with a leading specialist transport company based in Salisbury, with their search for an experienced administration officer to join their team in a permanent part-time capacity commencing asap. The role is 22.8 hours per week - days and time can be flexible.
The Role
This position is key in ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks across the QLD site and engages with multiple stakeholders within the business to support the process and provide efficiency.
Your Duties:
- Reception Duties – making appointments, screening calls and taking messages
- Prepare all documentation for couriers
- All filing maintained accurately and promptly
- Invoicing on behalf of the workshop
- Processing payments for the workshop
- Registration paperwork - including registering new trailers with the Department of Transport
- Finalise timesheets for workshop employees
- Assist in Workplace Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
- Assist other support / administration staff as required
Your Skills, Experience & Attributes
- Previous administration experience (logistics experience not essential but beneficial)
- Strong communication skills
- High Attention to Detail
- A team player with the desire to support others and succeed together
- Excellent telephone manner
