Your Duties:
- General office administration and ordering office supplies.
- Assist with project administration and ensure accuracy of project documentation.
- Prepare timely invoicing and assist with month-end invoicing tasks.
- Support the Business Manager with report preparation, quotations, and RFTs.
- Organise travel and accommodation for staff and plan staff functions.
- Attend meetings and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain project files and documentation in compliance with company standards.

About You:
- 2-3 years administration experience.
- Intermediate computer skills including use of Microsoft Office Suites, (Xero is a plus but not essential).
- Previous experience in the construction or engineering industry is desired but not essential.
