This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well known and respected construction company as a temporary administration assistant, supporting one of their small teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative functions that will support the team, including but not limited to
- Action all customer and client communications
- Liaise with key stakeholders
- Obtain quotes as required
- Prepare trade documents
- Raise purchase orders
- Raise and process invoices
Skills/experience
- Administrative experience in a similar role (ideally in the building or construction industry)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Experience working with Word, Excel and Adobe.
In return you will be engaged on a temporary contract on a week to week basis, receiving an above award casual hourly pay rate.
