Are you a bubbly, organised multitasker with a passion for health and fitness? Randstad is looking to recruit an Administration Assistant for a vibrant Pilates studio, where you'll play a key role being the first face customers see and keeping the studio running smoothly!
Key Responsibilities:
- Enroll new members and manage their information
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
- Respond to emails and assist with general enquiries, suspensions & cancellations.
- Assist with studio cleanliness and light maintenance when needed
- Help maintain the welcoming, energetic vibe in the studio
- Communications via GROW on multiple platforms linked including Instagram, Facebook, Email etc.

What we’re looking for:
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to pitch in
