Admin Assistant - Healthcare sector

Join a reputable company specialising in in-home disability support and aged care services across Australia, where you can make a real impact every day.
This temporary contract offers a consistent Monday-to-Friday schedule with flexible hours of 8:00am-4:00pm or 8:30am-4:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administration duties, including answering and directing incoming calls and responding to inquiries.
- Complete accurate data entry, file management, and documentation tasks.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events as needed.
- Manage office supplies and maintain a well-organised office environment.
- Provide support to other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in the healthcare or age-care support sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of customer service and attention to detail.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
