We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant for an immediate start in a permanent role with a well-known company in Biggera Waters. This part-time position (Tuesday to Thursday) is perfect for someone with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience.
We are seeking a candidate with a background and experience in financial administration, a positive driven attitude, great organisational skills and a very keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable tasks
- Assist managers and employees with finance and administrative enquiries
- Processing and verifying invoices for payment
- Maintain accuracy financial records
Experience:
- Previous experience in Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Experience using finance systems and excel
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail.
