We are seeking an APS3 Participant Support Officer to join a dynamic team, providing essential support to participants and ensuring smooth service delivery. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent customer service, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve participant matters in line with relevant guidelines.
• Provide front-desk support, assisting with participant inquiries at self-help kiosks and online portals.
• Respond to customer inquiries, offering information and referrals to government and community services.
• Manage the team’s shared email inbox, appointments, and telephone inquiries.
• Coordinate participant appointments, ensuring accessibility of facilities.
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and handle correspondence.
• Perform data entry tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Record and manage complaints and feedback in business systems.

About You:

• Experience in customer service, administration, or community services.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• High attention to detail and proficiency in administrative tasks.
• Knowledge of disability services or government processes (desirable but not essential).
