Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing enquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Operate trucks and various plant machinery safely and efficiently.
• Utilise computer systems to manage inventory, track operations, and maintain records.
• Demonstrate accountability and reliability in all aspects of the role.

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• A valid Heavy Rigid (HR) truck licence and experience operating plant machinery.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a small team.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
