Randstad are seeking a Workshop Supervisor/Foreman for a full time permanent job based in Maddington.

The roster is:

Monday to Thursday: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Friday: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (flexibility to finish early if needed)

Includes trucks, trailers, asphalt pavers, and rollers.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

Trade qualifications with at least 5 years of experience in civil, road transport, mining, or a similar industry.
Proven track record in workshop supervision with strong leadership and coaching skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships through superior service delivery.
Strong fault-finding and breakdown support capabilities.
Experience in scheduling maintenance across geographically dispersed areas.
Ability to make timely, high-quality decisions under pressure and tight deadlines.
Proficiency in computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Excel (Intermediate) and the MS Office suite, is highly regarded.
