Key areas of responsibility include:

Delivering early intervention strategies, such as Alternative Dispute Resolution and restorative justice.
Management of workplace relations issues, conducting workplace investigations and managing outcomes of cases.
Providing specialist advice and training to managers and stakeholders.
Supporting change management initiatives and strategy development.
Building relationships with unions, employer organisations, and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

In-depth knowledge of the Fair Work Act 2009, enterprise agreements, and HR policies across the Professional Services, Higher Education or Government sectors (highly desirable)
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to diagnose challenges, develop innovative solutions, and coach stakeholders.
