This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering best practices and resolving intricate workplace matters.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Delivering early intervention strategies, such as Alternative Dispute Resolution and restorative justice.
- Management of workplace relations issues, conducting workplace investigations and managing outcomes of cases.
- Providing specialist advice and training to managers and stakeholders.
- Supporting change management initiatives and strategy development.
- Building relationships with unions, employer organisations, and internal stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
- In-depth knowledge of the Fair Work Act 2009, enterprise agreements, and HR policies across the Professional Services, Higher Education or Government sectors (highly desirable)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose challenges, develop innovative solutions, and coach stakeholders.
