Randstad is looking for some excellent applicants for a working from home opportunity with a key state government client.
The role will be centered around providing outstnading customer service to applicants that have submitted for NSW grants for disaster relief in NSW.
This will involve speaking with people who are going through a very hard time and requires a large deal of resilience, emotional intelligence and empathy towards recipients whilst still maintaining professionalism and moving forward with required questions to finalise grant assessment as quickly as possible.
Successful candidates will need to be available for a quick start, Due to the nature of the role - applicants with any leave plans over the next 3 months or looking for part-time positions will not be considered.
The role will be Monday to Friday, 35 paid hours per week with some flexibility around when the start and finish are.
Experience in a similar or role or having used Genesys or Salesforce will be strongly considered but not required.
