About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Water Technician to manage the operation and maintenance of a site-specific Water Treatment Plant on a mine site. This FIFO role (8 days on, 6 days off) requires flexibility and a commitment to excellence. You’ll work closely with the National Operations Manager, local team members, and overseas colleagues.

The role involves 10-hour shifts, with on-call duties while on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyse water treatment processes.
- Record and collate operational and performance data.
- Service and maintain the water treatment plant.
- Submit daily reports and monitor system performance.
- Operate machinery and perform physical labour as needed.
- Handle maintenance, installation, repairs, and operations of the water treatment system.
- Ensure safe operation of all equipment
Procedures:
- All procedures are managed through SAP.
Required Skills:
- Ability to work unsupervised with enthusiasm and energy.
- Essential: Water Treatment Qualification.
- Essential: WHS Requirements (White Card).
- Highly Preferred: Experience with Membrane Systems.
- Chemical Handling
- Working at heights (within 2 years)
- High Risk - LF
Preferred Skills:
- Australian Mechanical or Electrical Trade Background.
- General Maintenance Experience.
- Mining Experience (advantageous).
