The Role:

Reporting directly to the Manager Service Programs (Water Harvest and Transfer), you’ll be responsible for planning and developing the Service Portfolio, ensuring Water Harvest and Transfer programs are optimised to meet key objectives. This role blends strategic planning with technical expertise, focusing on translating master plans into actionable programs and overseeing asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate Service Master Plans into Technical Objectives at the system and major asset levels.
Develop and maintain Asset Management Plans for the Water Harvest and Transfer portfolio.
Design investment programs to manage assets effectively, including major interventions identified through Business Needs Identifiers (BNIs).
Establish program performance objectives and collaborate across teams to monitor and enhance performance.
Provide technical expertise for prioritising capital, non-asset, and maintenance investment programs, focusing on the Eastern Treatment Plant.

Who You Are:

Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering field.
Proven experience in service planning, asset management, risk assessment, and program management.
Strong technical background in water network planning, including hydraulic modelling.
A natural communicator with the ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively.
Self-driven, organised, and capable of managing complex technical tasks independently.
