About the Role:

A Warehouse & Production Facilities Lead, reporting to the National Operations Manager, responsible for leading a team of production and warehouse specialists in the electronics sector. This role offers the opportunity to work directly on the floor with a dynamic team while gaining exposure to our innovative processes.

• Hands-On Role: Work on the shop floor, providing direct support to the team while ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Team Collaboration & Leadership: Answer questions from staff, assist with troubleshooting, and help the team understand the production process. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production and warehouse employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the recycling processes, particularly in the area of electronics, and provide support where needed.
• Warehouse & Logistics: Supervise warehouse activities including inventory control, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment to maintain a smooth operational flow.
• Balance responsibilities between warehouse operations and assembly work, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• International Compliance: Ensure adherence to international compliance standards in electronics recycling, focusing on sustainability, carbon neutrality, and net-zero goals.
• ISO Standards: Maintain awareness of ISO certifications and assist in ensuring that all procedures align with global industry standards.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, maintaining a safe work environment and addressing any potential hazards.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.

The Successful Applicant will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• Previous work experience in warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Valid forklift ticket
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of production processes, warehouse logistics, and safety protocols.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations.
