Job Summary:

We are seeking a Warehouse Reorganization Lead to spearhead a warehouse improvement project. This fixed term role involves reorganizing a production supporting warehouse, implementing industry standard processes, and ensuring smooth inventory management. The position requires working closely with international managers while leading local warehouse efforts.

This is a fixed term contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the reorganization of the warehouse layout, ensuring efficiency and proper storage areas.
• Perform stock verification, data capturing, ERP data entry, and physical labeling.
• Implement and optimize warehouse processes such as put-away, binning, kitting, and issuing.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and hazardous material handling
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and orderliness.
• Collaborate with team members and engage with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Prior warehouse experience and team leadership/management experience.
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems, Excel, and inventory tracking.
• Ability to work independently and drive slow-moving processes with patience.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service approach.
