About The Role

Our client is seeking a Communications Officer to support its Transformation Program 2024/25. In this role, you will develop and deliver communication plans to enhance awareness and engagement with key stakeholders around ongoing transformation initiatives. Working closely with internal teams, you will play a central role in crafting clear and impactful messaging for initiatives under the Operations Modernisation Program and the broader enterprise change framework. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement communication plans for transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Draft and create key communication materials, including messages, case studies, infographics, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Collaborate with the Operations Change Program and other internal stakeholders to ensure clarity and consistency across communications.
- Develop content for internal channels, such as intranet pages and newsletters, to engage staff and reinforce the transformation vision.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess communication effectiveness, gather feedback, and compile lessons learned.
Desirables
- Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft 365 platforms, especially SharePoint.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise messages.
- Proven experience in change communication, ideally within public or government sectors.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
- Skilled in visual content creation and case study development.
Qualifications/Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar communications role is preferred.
- Advanced writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
