Job Opportunity: Venue Leader
We are seeking a dynamic Venue Leader for a temporary full-time role. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $50-$60 per hour + super for a 6-month period and the opportunity to lead the operations of vibrant community facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of multiple community facilities.
- Manage venue bookings, ensure facilities are well-maintained, and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Supervise onsite staff and manage events, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Promote the use of facilities for cultural, educational, and community activities.
- Develop strategic and operational plans for the venues.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in venue management or a related field, or substantial relevant experience in facility operations.
- Proven experience in managing facilities and delivering high-level customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in event supervision and the ability to lead and motivate staff.
- A proactive and organized approach to managing multiple tasks and priorities.
