About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Spray Painter to join our team in Pinkenba. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing high-quality coatings on industrial and defense-related equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Surface preparation, masking, and application of paints and coatings
- Mixing and applying a variety of protective finishes
- Ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Maintaining painting equipment and workspaces
- Working collaboratively with the workshop team to meet project deadlines
Qualifications & Experience:
Required:
Cert III in Automotive Refinishing or equivalent
Spray painting experience (auto/industrial/defense ideal)
Strong attention to detail & safety focus
