Are you passionate about creating seamless and visually stunning digital experiences? Join our clients team as a UX/UI Designer and play a crucial role in designing industry-leading web-based digital platforms for quoting, selling, and managing insurance policies.
As part of their dynamic delivery team, you will work closely with UX Researchers, the CX team, Product Owners, and key business stakeholders to craft intuitive, customer-focused designs. Your work will directly enhance the customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience across all digital touchpoints.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design & Prototyping – Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to bring digital experiences to life.
Stakeholder Engagement – Work with senior business stakeholders to ensure designs align with business objectives and exceed expectations.
Customer-Centric Approach – Advocate for customer needs in every design decision, ensuring their experience is seamless and engaging.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with multiple teams to integrate UX/UI best practices across all digital products.
Brand Consistency – Maintain and evolve the visual identity across all platforms and brands.
User Research & Testing – Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to refine designs and improve user satisfaction.
Risk & Compliance – Identify potential risks and ensure designs comply with industry standards and company policies.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in UX/UI design across digital platforms, including responsive web and mobile applications.
Strong proficiency in Figma, with experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and Axure.
Solid understanding of front-end development frameworks and how design translates into code.
Experience working with Design Systems and component libraries.
Knowledge of accessibility standards, typography, UI components, and digital design trends.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
A portfolio showcasing user interface designs, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes across different digital platforms.
