- Help define and document brand and design-specific guidelines and design dos and dont's
Design Execution & Production Support
- Support the design team with executional needs: page recreation, layout adjustments, component matching
- Build and label current vs. proposed designs to communicate updates clearly
- Use available components creatively to meet design and content goals
- Adjust styles, typography, and layout to maintain brand fidelity within new constraints
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Conduct UAT on newly developed pages and components to ensure correct implementation
- Provide clear, visual feedback with annotations and design references
- Comb through the staging site for optimisation opportunities from an experience & merchandising point of view
Exploration & Feature Design
- Support design exploration for new features such as product reviews, engraving, and other site enhancements
- Propose layout or UX options when components are missing or need creative application
- Collaborate with the design team to ideate and test possible solutions
Team Collaboration
- Support designers with executional work and component clean-up
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and brand teams
- Be a reliable executional partner while staying open to iteration and creative problem-solving
About you:
- 3-5 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in responsive web-design
- Experience with component-based design systems and visual consistency
- Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping, Annotations)
