Training Lead is currently required for a 3 months contract with option to extend to design, develop and implement a training program for a large ERP program of work. This will include developing training material to support in classroom training sessions and general instructional videos and undertake a number of training sessions either as instructor lead directly to the team or as train the trainer. To be successful in this role you will be a highly experienced Training Lead who has designed and developed and delivered training for large IT ERP/CRM programs of work. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are a must. You will also hold a Certificate in IV workplace training and assessment or similar.
