About your new role
As a Training and Assessment Officer, you will design and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip staff with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate policies, processes, and the Data Management Framework effectively. This role also emphasizes fostering cultural understanding by integrating training co-developed with First Nations Traditional Owners, delivered across urban and regional locations.
What you will need to exceed
- Extensive experience in creating and implementing impactful training programs and resources.
- Solid background in policy execution or working within data governance and compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate clearly across all levels.
- Skilled in evaluating training outcomes and crafting comprehensive reports.
- Strong aptitude for strategic planning and forward-thinking problem-solving.
