As a Trades & Labour Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment cycle, from sourcing top-tier Trades People to building and maintaining strong client relationships. You'll play a vital role in shaping innovative recruitment strategies and exceeding targets. This is a crucial role in developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts, matching skilled professionals with ideal opportunities.

- Proven track record in 360 agency recruitment or sales
- Valid Drivers License & Own vehicle
- Exceptional client relationship building and maintenance skills
- A passion for sales and building strong relationships

- Recruitment Process Management: Coordinating interviews and facilitating communication.
- Negotiation and Offer Management: Advising on compensation and negotiating offers.
- Market Research: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Candidate Database Management: Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date candidate database.
- Client Reporting: Providing regular updates and reports to clients.
