Are you a passionate and driven marketing professional ready to take on a key role in a fast-paced environment? Your new compnay is looking for a Trade and Consumer Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you’ll ensure seamless project progression from concept to delivery, contributing to our ambitious marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Trade and Consumer Marketing Plan aligned with sales objectives.
- Manage the departmental budget effectively.
- Lead and implement tailored marketing strategies for assigned retailers.
- Collaborate with retail partners to maximize brand visibility and support promotional activities.
- Oversee the local production of gifts with purchase and other promotional tools.
- Analyze trade marketing performance and provide insights and recommendations.
- Prepare monthly reports for regional and global offices on market intelligence and budget updates.
- Partner with the Commercial Director and Sales Team to organize impactful promotional campaigns.
- Mentor and grow a team of three marketing professionals.
- Manage the tender process and execution of local sponsorship contracts.
About You:
- Proven experience in Trade Marketing, preferably within the automotive or tyre industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of executing effective marketing strategies.
- Exceptional project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to follow-through.
- Proficient in SAP, Salesforce, Asana, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
