We are seeking a proactive, driven, and passionate Medical Sales Representative to represent life-changing technologies and products across the Northern Sydney region. This is a 12-month paternity leave cover contract, with a strong potential for extension.
This is a great opportunity for those with existing medical device experience or those with captial or pharmaceutical experience wanting to venture into the medical device space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your territory with precision, using strategic planning and execution to drive growth and exceed targets
- Advocate for improved patient outcomes by delivering value-added solutions that meet evolving clinical needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new growth opportunities within the market
- Provide education and comprehensive product training to healthcare professionals
- Maintain strong product and market knowledge, staying up to date with the latest advancements and industry trends
- Seek out new business opportunities while nurturing and managing existing accounts
- Monitor competitor activity and use market insights to strengthen your position and messaging
Your Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor Degree
- Previous experience as a Territory Manager within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable
- Strong business acumen and a customer-focused, solutions-driven mindset
- Technically proficient, with the ability to confidently communicate clinical and product information to healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust and lasting relationships
- Thrives both autonomously and as part of a collaborative, high-performing team
- Hungry driven sales professional
