As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Territoy Manager / Technical Sales to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the monitoring, remediation, and gas instrumentation sectors.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing technical advice and tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our product range and demonstrate its value to clients through presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering, production, and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction and the seamless delivery of projects.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A technical or engineering background (degree/diploma in engineering, environmental science, or a related field preferred)
- Proven sales experience, ideally within the monitoring equipment, gas instrumentation, or industrial solutions sectors (Open)
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex systems and solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
- A proactive mindset with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
