Territory Manager – Surgical Devices | NSW

Your new role
As a territory manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the launch of an advanced surgical device into the NSW market. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll partner with surgeons to drive product trials, increase market share, and deliver strong sales results.

The product portfolio spans gastrointestinal, general surgery, gynaecology, pulmonary, and urology, offering you the chance to represent industry-leading solutions.
Key responsibilities
... - Drive awareness, promotion, and adoption of the new surgical device
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-theatre support and training to surgeons and nurses
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and customers
- Manage leads, opportunities, and accounts within your territory
- Collaborate with service, logistics, and finance teams to optimise customer satisfaction
- Support local workshops, congresses, and industry events
- Strategically manage your territory to achieve and exceed sales targets
What they are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field (highly desirable)
- 2+ years of proven success in medical device or healthcare sales
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and influence
- High resilience, energy, and a results-driven mindset
- Experience in product launches within NSW would be highly regarded
- A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, fast-paced environment
