Applicants should demonstrate:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in teaching Technologies from Year 7 to VCE Units 1-2.
- A commitment to educating students within a Catholic faith-based learning environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to foster teamwork.
- Exceptional organizational, administrative, and operational abilities.
- A dedication to holistic education, supporting students’ overall development.
- A thorough understanding of child safety, including adherence to Child Safe Standards and a commitment to fostering a culture of child protection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment that requires initiative, teamwork, and resilience in line with Ignatian values.
- Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices in teaching and learning.
- The ability to develop and maintain professional relationships within the school community.
The successful candidate will have:
- Valid degree or bachelor to teach in a secondary school setting
- A current and valid VIT licence
