Our client is a software provider focused on a range of different solutions to support clients across a wide range of industries including the resource sector, defence, medical, transportation etc. Driven by increasing demand, they are expanding their team and seeking a qualified individual to join them in this Perth based role focused on mining software.
Your role will focus on providing technical support and training across a range of mining related clients, presenting to small groups and helping support other departments within the company.
You will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Experience/Exposure to mining
- Clear communication skills
- Team work mentality and an interest in others
- Flexibility to help outside of your normal remit where required
- Comfortable in presenting to small groups
- Computer skills - ideally with some programming experience
The client is open to the experience level of the candidate they hire and are interested in speaking to an engineer who is keen to focus on a Perth based role, utilising their knowledge and skill sets in a different way. This position would suit a candidate who no longer wants to work away from home and/or is looking for a better work life balance.
As a Perth based role you will be provided with support and guidance but a lot of autonomy with wfh options.
This company has longevity across their small team and there will be a lot of flexibility offered and the ability to build relationships with key mining clients across WA.
