Technical Business Analyst - 12 month Fixed Term contract - Parramatta/Hybrid
Technical Business Analyst is accountable for operating within a project environment to understand, document and improve business processes.
About the role
- Complying with project guidelines, identify, analyse, interpret and document business functional and non-functional requirements
- Facilitating workshops and actively engage with end user stakeholders and vendors to ensure solutions meet requirements
- Performing gap analysis between existing processes and proposed solutions and assisting with remediation activities
- Assisting with documentation for project members as well as end user documentation such as standard operating procedures and training guides
About you
- Previous experience working as Technical Business Analyst
- Strong hands on SQL experience
- Previous API experience
- Experience working with Jira
- Extensive experience in requirements gathering (functional and non-functional requirements)
