Technical Business Analyst - Federal Agency - 6 Month Contract
Contract opportunity available for a Technical Business Analyst to join a Federal Government Agency You'll be responsible for providing expert technical business analysis, system analysis, and design changes that align with their strategic vision.
Essential requirements to be considered for this role:
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Candidate must be an Australian citizen
- Based in Brisbane
What You Will Do:
- Develop and document detailed technical requirements from key stakeholders to support project deliverables and program objectives.
- Provide expert advice and technical knowledge across a range of agency programs and activities.
- Contribute to the development of team objectives and strategic planning for long-term initiatives.
- Propose and facilitate innovation initiatives and contribute to business improvement strategies.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including program managers, ICT specialists, and clinicians.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- Knowledge and experience of applications development methodologies and the software development lifecycle, with a focus on Systems Integration.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying, analysing, and interpreting technical business needs, and generating user stories and requirements.
- Experience working with information technologies and systems analysis, including producing relevant artifacts such as BPMN diagrams.
- Strong analytical and design skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams.
