• The aim of this position is to streamline and improve the application lifecycle. Review the current environment process/standard and develop/strategize integration of newer application practises and standards with a fleet of 10,000 machines, and 13,000 users
• The technical application packager will have proven skills in the designing, developing, and troubleshooting of application packaging within an enterprise environment utilising traditional packages ranging from legacy to SAAS based products.
• The packager should also have experience in transitioning and delivering applications via modern management tools like Microsoft Intune

• Work in partnership with your team leader to agreed performance standards and mutual expectations
• Apply advanced ICT technical skills to manage, maintain, support, and deploy applications to end user computing endpoints
• Provide specialist ICT troubleshooting and incident management for ICT systems and applications, utilising the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework and adhering to relevant policies, strategies, standards, protocols, and procedures
• Provide, manage, and support advanced application services within a centralised deployment model
• Implement, manage, maintain, and support application deployment technologies within Microsoft Endpoint Management products (MECM/MEM) and utilising centralised computing technologies such as Citrix and application virtualisation or streaming such as Microsoft Application Virtualization (AppV).
• Transition and Deploy applications to endpoints using Modern management tools like Intune.
