About the role
Randstad Digital in Melbourne has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Team Manager. In this leadership role, you will drive the success of our Technology Recruitment team.
As a Team Manager, you will have the responsibility of supporting a team of experienced recruitment consultants and will be expected to drive the growth & future success of the team. In this role you will play a pivotal part in fostering business growth and development while cultivating key relationships with clients and internal staff to contribute positively to our overarching goal of business expansion.
This role represents an excellent opportunity to demonstrate strong sales delivery and leadership, your capability in people leadership and development, whilst effectively managing a successful recruitment operation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities and to identify new leads
- Provide leadership, coaching and support to the team to ensure that they perform to the very best of their abilities
- Participate in achieving new business goals by identifying and marketing to prospective clients
- Research the competitive landscape and set key strategies for the positioning of Randstad Digital’s service offerings
- Initiate a range of sales and marketing activities, in accordance with the client development plan, to attract business
- Account planning with our current clients to maximise share of wallet, as well as deepening the current relationship
- Responsible for individual and team financial performance, along with personal billings
- Preparation of weekly sales reports and regular forecasts
What you will need to succeed
- Previous technology recruitment experience within the Technology and agency environment
- Demonstrated success at meeting and exceeding recruitment budgets
- Proven ability to lead a team of consultants with diverse experience levels
- Strong sales leadership capabilities and lead from the front
- Experience with maximising business opportunities to enhance revenues and market share whilst increasing year-on-year sales
- A growth mindset
