As a Team Leader you will lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of professionals to deliver outstanding customer service whilst they manage the claims process end to end. You will play a pivotal role in driving performance, supporting team development, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Claims Consultants.
- Monitor team progress and provide regular feedback.
- Drive a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Foster an environment of continuous learning and professional development.
- Work closely with senior management to implement strategies that meet business objectives.
What We’re Looking for in You:
- Proven leadership experience, ideally within the insurance, financial services or a similar sector.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving shared goals.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Results-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
