About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated teacher to help deliver engaging and enriching lessons. You will have the opportunity to teach small class sizes, ensuring each student receives individualized attention and support. You will be responsible for planning and implementing innovative lesson plans, assessing student progress, and contributing to the overall development of the school’s educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons to students of varying ages and abilities
• Create a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere
• Assess and track student progress
• Foster a love of learning and encourage critical thinking
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development opportunities
• Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a well-rounded education for all students

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent
• Current teaching registration with the VIT (Victoria Institute of Teaching)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for teaching and a genuine desire to make a difference
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Experience teaching at the primary or secondary level (preferred but not essential)
