... As a Talent Partner, you will join a dynamic team, working closely with leaders to manage high-volume recruitment across various sectors. This is a 4-week temporary contract with the potential for full-time permanency if all goes well, based at their office down south.
Your Role:
- Manage a high-volume recruitment portfolio across diverse sectors, including Auto-glass, Fleet, Roadside Assistance, Insurance Contact Centres, Member Engagement, Retail, Traffic Response, and Vehicle Recovery.
- Liaise with hiring leaders to understand recruitment needs and provide strategic support.
- Coordinate and present at assessment centres.
- Conduct Linked-In searches, phone screenings, and schedule interviews (attendance may be required).
- Oversee pre-employment checks, medical assessments, and generate offers.
About You:
- Strong experience in high-volume recruitment.
- Ability to manage diverse portfolios and handle a range of recruitment tasks.
- Experience with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to work.
