HR Partners is working with a Global leader for a Talent Manager Lead ANZ opportunity in Macquarie Park. This role will be a strategic Talent Management role responsible for recruitment services, strategies, and management. This role will oversee the recruitment services delivered by an external RPO in addition to leading global projects locally. This role will touch all pillars of talent from engagement, retention, succession planning, leadership development, career progression frameworks, workforce planning, and be a part of the organisation’s change and transformation journey re digital innovations and AI.
... This role will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Leading the talent acquisition services from the development of recruitment strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Lead an external RPO and service as the conduit between both to ensuring high quality recruitment of talent into the organisation.
- The single point of contact for the Global Centre of Expertise for ANZ for all business units.
- Lead and manage global change management projects, fostering local knowledge and expertise to embrace new processes and technologies.
- External talent mapping activities including facilitating networking and relationship building events
- Use digital and AI processes to optimise and enhance the TA process and outcomes
- Use data insights and trends to influence decision making and enhance recruitment outcomes
- Elevate internal capabilities for selection and evaluation process of talent and talent pipelining
- Ensure compliance with global and local recruitment policies, procedures and processes.
- Lead, develop and manage employer branding strategies i.e., EVP, social media marketing, graduate and event based marketing.
To be successful in this position, you will be:
- Proven experience in a similar role i.e., Talent acquisition and Talent Management or has done an LD/OD role that covered the breath of talent management.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, ability to build, influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels especially Senior Executives.
- Experience in global and matrix organisations with COEs and industry experience in innovative, progressive and forward thinking organisations whether from Professional Services, Consulting, Digital/Technology, etc.
- Strong analytical skills focussed on data driven decision making and metrics use.
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities and experience in project management leading global projects focussed on change management and localisation.
- Understanding of global talent markets and cultural nuances impacting talent acquisition.
- Inspirational vision, purpose and passion for the full spectrum of talent management and an employee's life cycle.
