You will be joining a thriving team and business as a specialist Talent professional, working closely with the businesses stakeholders to support best practice recruitment and a positive candidate experience.
... Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify hiring needs and drive recruitment objectives.
- Partner with recruitment agencies to enhance the businesses profile and attract top talent.
- Maintain a best-practice recruitment process whilst operating in a highly regulated environment.
- Practice engaging interviewing techniques, creating a positive candidate experience for exploring talent.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, professional, and adaptable, with a strong results-driven approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to assess recruitment needs accurately and select the most qualified candidates.
Candidates who come from a professional services background or similar will be preferred, as this experience fosters a deep understanding of working in fast-paced, client-focused environments.
