An exciting opportunity has become available to join a renowned construction company. Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join their dynamic team. This industry leader is offering a progressive, flexible and fast paced working environment with employees who share drive, passion and ambition.
Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies.
- Manage internal resources efficiently, identifying gaps and review/update recruitment expenditure
- Carry out BAU Recruitment - sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, reference checks, forecasting, workforce planning and developing recruitment initiatives
- Working to expand and collaborate with recruitment agencies, this includes reviewing and negotiating terms.
- Design and implement cost-effective recruitment strategies, including enhancing the company’s careers page and building an internal candidate database
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience recruiting within Construction (2-3 years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
