Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit top talent for a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
- Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments of candidates
- Coordinate police and VEV0 checks for successful candidates
- Utilise SmartRecruiters software to manage the recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates
- Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Proven ability to source and recruit top talent
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in SmartRecruiters software
