About The Role:
The Talent Acquisition Advisor is a proactive and hands-on role responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent. This role will collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners (HRBP’s), and other stakeholders to understand talent needs, build candidate pipelines, and enhance the overall recruitment process. Leveraging various sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates, this role will play a critical part in promoting a positive candidate experience.
Skills, Experience & Attributes Required:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment practices including advertising, screening, interviewing, compliance and on-boarding
- Experience in building strategic talent strategies and recruitment plans with a focus on proactive talent sourcing methods
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across the organisation, providing subject matter expertise on contemporary recruitment and selection practices
- Strong understanding of recruitment compliance, process, procedure and employment legislation
- Passion for providing a thorough and informative recruitment process for our candidates
