HR Partners are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client's HR team for a 3-day permanent role. You will play a key role in driving recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a blue-collar manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles as required.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive outreach and strategic sourcing.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure smooth candidate experiences and seamless integration into the organisation.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment processes, policies, and legal requirements.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to the HR Director on recruitment progress and metrics.
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with blue-collar recruitment in manufacturing or similar environments.
- A degree in HR or related field.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- A proactive, results-driven attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with HR leadership and the wider team.
- Experience working with HR systems and applicant tracking software (ATS) is a plus.
