About the Role:
The Systems Engineer supports the Senior Systems Engineer in the delivery phase of the Tolling Collection Capability (TCC) Project, with a focus on the Roadside Systems' design and implementation. This entry-level role is ideal for recent engineering graduates looking to build their expertise in systems engineering within the transportation and mobility systems domain. As the organisation grows, the scope of responsibilities for this position will expand.

Key Responsibilities

Systems Engineering Support:

• Assist in the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of the Roadside System.
• Maintain detailed system requirements throughout the lifecycle, from specification to operations.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align on solution blueprints and system changes.
• Support the development of STC’s systems engineering documentation and change control processes.

Project Management:

• Apply sound project management practices to assist in the efficient procurement and delivery of the Roadside System.
• Work closely with the TCC Project team to ensure alignment with broader project goals.

Key Relationships:

The Systems Engineer will work with:

• Senior Systems Engineer, Project Manager, and Business Solution Lead.
• STC employees, technical consultants, and contractors involved in roadside tolling.
• External contractors and the North East Link Project team.
