Overview:
We have an immediate opportunity for a data and systems focused Administrator to join a leading construction company in the inner suburbs.
About:
This role will suit someone with a strong analytics and systems experience. This role sits within our clients safety team, where you will be responsible for collecting and organising data through to presenting this information in regular reports. We’re looking for a highly organised Administrator with an eye for detail who can work with the internal teams to ensure they are compliant, that the systems are up to date and that they are across the trends and numbers. Safety experience would be beneficial but is not essential; however, a preparedness/ adaptability to undertake new tasks as they arise within the safety team would be ideal. A background in the Construction or the Engineering sectors prefered.
Duties / requirements
- Strong analytical skills
- A basic understanding of systems
- Oversee the administrative functions
- Able to recognise and analyse trends
- Producing reports
- Extracting and analysing data
Skills:
- Microsoft Excel
- Power BI and Hammertech advantageous
- Strong communication skils
- A background in HSE Administration would be ideal
