In this role you will lead a talented team of system engineers, ensuring the successful design, build, testing, and implementation of our systems.
- Manage and mentor a team of system engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Develop and analyze system requirements, implementing robust and scalable system architectures.
- Assist with the allocation of resources and track progress of deliverables, mitigating risks and adapting to changing priorities.
- Oversee testing efforts, follow established quality control processes, and address any defects promptly.
- Collaborate with software development, hardware, firmware, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of system components.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in systems engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical background in hardware, software, and firmware integration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
