The Systems Officer provides vital system and business support to the grants program areas and the use of the grants management systems.

Technical Skills:

• Salesforce Administration Certification and IT support experience.
• Experience in supporting grants systems, financial systems, and processes is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of grants management policy and procedures is an advantage.
• Project Delivery: Define activities to deliver outcomes in line with timeframes, resources, and governance to maximise project success.
• Data Literacy: Skilled in data analysis, advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and charts) to inform decisions.
• Stakeholder Management: Build partnerships with stakeholders, identify needs, and ensure outcomes are met.

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate and provide efficient support to internal and external users of grants systems, including issue resolution, user management, form development, and system administration to ensure compliance with policies.
• Manage program onboarding activities and support in line with established procedures.
• Conduct business analysis, coordinate change requests, testing, and deployment as required.
• Monitor and analyse support trends, prepare reports, correspondence, business requirements, and guidance materials.
• Lead data improvement and integrity projects and respond to reporting requests.
