Your new role:
- Lead supplier relationship management activities and contract negotiations with suppliers (mainly goods, some services)
- With the support of an experienced demand and data team, forecast and manage demand accurately
- Work closely with procurement to determine suitability of contract terms and arrangements with suppliers
- Identify areas for improvement across the whole supply chain, from sourcing to delivery
- Acting as a lead or go-to in the team
- Minimum 5 - 10 years' experience in supply chain management, ideally from manufacturing, FMCG or similar
- Experience using ERP/MRP, excel and a variety of forecasting & demand tools
- The drive to get amongst it - you will enjoy getting in front of your suppliers and stakeholders, understanding their pain points and working together to create mutually beneficial solutions
